There are two primary ways to access the Arcus support system:
- Can’t Log in? From the home page at Arcus, click on the Support tab.
- Logged in: Click on the Profile Icon in the top-right and then select the Support option from the drop-down menu. You will be redirected to the “Getting Help” page.
The “Getting Help” page includes how-to guides, instructional videos, links to the Knowledge Base, and API Documentation.
If you have a specific question that is not answered by these sections, select the “Support” tab in the bottom right corner. Fill out your name/email and provide a brief description of your problem. You will receive email confirmation when your request is sent, and then again when your ticket has been addressed.
